These are the Lawfield Sisters. They came in for a session Wednesday afternoon. What a beautiful bunch of lovely young ladies (and twins . . . you two crack me up!)

Thursday, August 11th, 2011My Little Models – Zane and Zoe
Sunday, February 27th, 2011Zoe turned 9-months old yesterday (and Zane turned 3 a little over a month ago) so we took the kids into the studio and did a quick photo shoot with them. They’re growing like little weeds. Here are a few favorites from Zane and Zoe’s photo shoot today.
Zoe’s 6-month pictures
Thursday, December 16th, 2010Zoe turned 6-months on Thanksgiving and she’s already doing SOOOO much. She pulls up on EVERYTHING (her crib, tables, toys, baskets, our legs, and so on). The girl LOVES to be on her feet. She even lets go and tries to balance on her own. She manages about 1 second before grabbing back on, but she gets so excited and proud of herself when she’s on her feet by herself. It’s really funny. I have no doubt she’ll be walking by 9-months.
Anyway . . . here is a little wall collage we put together from her 6-month photo shoot. Each image below is a separate print. They will be framed individually and will hang separately side by side in her room like this to spell out her name. This works great for kids with 3 or 4 or even 5 letters in their name.
Maternity session for a long-time friend
Saturday, September 25th, 2010This is one of my bestest friends from High School, Cori Wilson. She and her husband, Justin are expecting their second child (a little girl) in a month and so they came over with their adorable son, Xavier to get some maternity pictures.
Thanks Cori and Justin. It was so great to spend some time with the two of you this evening! Rachel and I couldn’t be more happy for you. Here’s to a safe delivery and a beautifully healthy little girl.

Friday, September 25th, 2009Alright. I’m pounding it in the ground now aren’t I? . . . so I’ll stop. But I hope these last few posts have been a gentle reminder that we love shooting families, couples in love, babies, children (and of course H.S. Seniors too). This is Kaidynce Moffitt. Her mom, Danielle, is a very talented stylist at Elements Salon in Cape Girardeau and she does all of the hair styling for our H.S. senior girls. This session was kind of a “Thank You” to Danielle for all the hard work she’s done this year to help our already beautiful models look their best.
And I can’t wait until about 12 years from now when I get to shoot little Kaidynce’s senior session. What a ham this little lady was. Man she’s never been in front of a camera before (uh . . . shah right!)

Kaitlin Bruns’ 1st Communion
Wednesday, June 3rd, 2009Jason and Roseann Bruns’ daughter, Kaitlin had her first communion this year and I asked them to bring her in for a session. Unfortunately, time got away from me and I didn’t get around to shooting the session until just this week (like 2 months or something after her actual first communion). Better late than never, eh?
